Dina has always been drawn to a healthy lifestyle. Having had a passion for sports since her early years, she went from being a ballet dancer to exploring different sports activities until she discovered the importance of a body/mind connection through yoga in 2002. Having struggled with scoliosis at an early age and back pain during her pregnancies, she started focusing more and more in her practice on strengthening her core muscles in order to maintain a healthy back. Her classes are dynamic and fun, yet oriented towards building the necessary therapeutic tools in our bodies to enable us carry our daily activities pain free. Dina received her 200-hour level training from Sivananda Ashram, and has since studied with with Max Strom, Nico Luce and recently with Clara Roberts-Oss.
Her passion to deepen her yoga studies continues as she added Aerial yoga certification to her resume and currently teaches this style along Vinyasa flow, prenatal, Hatha and Yogalates.
