Layal runs a contemporary, dynamic and cardio Reformer Pilates class that provides a full body workout, targeting posture, core strength, muscular strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.

Layal started her fitness journey as an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, and Sports Nutrition then dedicated her schedule to the Reformer Pilates.
