Nitai grew up in a Bhakti Yoga community and have been practicing yoga for over 5 years. His practice has helped him grow stronger, more flexible, balanced and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires us to live each moment with more mindfulness, love, kindness and compassion. Nitai completed his 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training with Radhika Yoga International in Bali. Nitaioften combines both hard work and playfulness to help his students deepen your practice.
