Originating from Turkey, Gizem has met the health and fitness world at the age of 4 through gymnastics. Since then she has diversified her workout, focusing on Latin dancing, Yoga, Pilates and Muay Thai.

Living in 5 different countries, she developed an unwavering ability to build effective bonds with students of all backgrounds, ages and abilities. Her classes spread contagious energy and positivity and she aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of her classes.
