On your first visit, you will be required to fill out the studio Registration form. You can complete the form online or at the studio. Please be sure to sign the disclaimer and indicate any physical injuries or special health conditions that may require our attention. If you do have any injuries please let your instructor know before the class as this will help her adjust the program to your need and give you exercise modifications.
You must check in at the Reception before entering the studio for class even if you have reserved a space in advance.
Please make sure to arrive 5 minutes before your class is due to commence. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter. If you are late more than 5 minutes your space will be given to the first person on the waiting list.
All classes/sessions must be paid in advance. The studio accepts cash and debit Visa/MasterCard.
Reservations for private sessions and group classes can be made online, in person, email or telephone. To guarantee a place in the class, pre-registering is strongly encouraged.
To change or cancel a booking you must provide a minimum 12-hour notice for group classes & a 24-hour notice for private and semi-private sessions. Canceling without notice will result in full payment cover. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your class/session, however, it is vital for the good functioning of the studio, the instructors and wait-listed clients to apply this policy.
All Packages have expiration date. Please check your specific package. Yoga la Vie Studio does not offer refunds unless you are medically unfit to participate in Pilates or Yoga sessions. Medical certificate must be provided.
Packages cannot be refunded, transferred or credited to either a future package or another student. Please choose carefully.
If you discover, or suspect, you are pregnant it is imperative that you advise the Yoga La Vie Studio before you commence another class. Pregnancy class is the only suitable Pilates program for pregnancy. The remainder of your classes will be held in credit and could be utilized towards your Pregnancy program or towards any program upon your return.
Kindly, turn off mobile phones. If you are waiting for an emergency call, please keep your phone on vibrate mode and with you.
Personal items and shoes may be stored in the lockers. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Comfortable workout clothing recommended. Kindly remove shoes before entering the studios. Socks are required during all Pilates sessions.
Please enter the studio quietly if there is a session or class in progress. Please wipe down equipment after each use.
Do not eat a heavy meal before your class.
