Lama passion for yoga came after her first yoga class in 2018, where she was tempted to do all kinds of splits,backbends, contortion style . she become a RYT certified yoga instructor and quit her work as a full time teacher.

Teaching yoga & flexibility become essential in her life where she like to share and show people her love of yoga & stretching and how they are important for their body.

Her classes focuses on stretching & alignment. finding a balance of strength and flexibility in every posture through breath and holding the poses.
